1. About DiscountDash
1.1 DiscountDash is a digital deals and discount ticketing platform that allows users to discover and redeem limited time offers provided by independent merchants. DiscountDash is not a seller, reseller, or agent of any goods or services offered by merchants.
1.2 DiscountDash is owned and operated by BUYI PTY. LTD. (ABN: 35 663 594 081). All references to “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms refer collectively to BUYI PTY LTD and its subsidiary, DiscountDash.
2. User Accounts
2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 All activity under your account is your responsibility.
2.3 DiscountDash may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, suspicious activity, or repeated breaches of these Terms.
3. Access and Use of the Platform
3.1 You may use DiscountDash to browse, discover, and redeem deals from participating merchants.
3.2 You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without permission.
3.3 You agree not to interfere with the platform’s systems, security, or integrity.
3.4 Prohibited conduct includes:

Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or otherwise manipulate the platform

4. Deal Redemption and Use
4.1 Deals are offered by merchants and are subject to the terms, conditions, and availability set by the merchant.
4.2 Transactions are solely between the user and the merchant. DiscountDash is not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of goods or services.
4.3 Users must follow the merchant’s instructions for deal redemption. Offers may be voided if misused, redeemed outside valid times, or attempted in violation of merchant rules.

5. Subscription / Membership
5.1 Access to redeem deals on DiscountDash may require an active paid subscription or membership. Users must select an available subscription plan and pay the applicable subscription fee in order to unlock and redeem eligible deals.
5.2 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. By subscribing, you authorise DiscountDash to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
5.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that period ends. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non refundable.
5.4 DiscountDash may change subscription plans, pricing, or features from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.
6. Technical Issues
6.1 DiscountDash is not liable for technical errors, system malfunctions, or service interruptions caused by third-party networks, devices, or merchant systems.
6.2 While we strive for reliable service, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
7.1 DiscountDash is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use.
7.2 DiscountDash does not guarantee deal availability, increased sales, or revenue.
7.3 DiscountDash is not liable for technical errors, misuse, or system failures beyond our control.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DiscountDash harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
