How to purchase a DiscountDash membership?

You can buy a DiscountDash membership directly from our website. Simply click the ‘Become a Dasher’ button to start your purchase. Additionally, memberships are available through various fundraising organizations, including well-known charities, community groups, schools, and sports clubs. 

How do DiscountDash memberships operate?

You gain access to all of the offers, including 2-for-1 deals and discounts of up to 50% at popular restaurants, attractions, activities, shops, and accommodations near you. You also have the option to support a fundraiser of your choice, which will receive up to 25% of your membership fee. 

How are offers redeemed?

Members can redeem offers by showing their phone or tablet in-store and tapping the 'Redeem now' button. You should check the redemption screen and note the redemption code. Depending on the type of business, members will generate specific coupon codes that align with the enterprise.  

How does the DiscountDash weekly giveaway work?

You can enter our weekly giveaway for a chance to win up to $1,000. This giveaway is exclusive to our subscribers. When a winner is chosen, they will receive an email notification. After each giveaway, new prizes will be introduced, ensuring a continuous opportunity to win. 

How does the DiscountDash weekly spin the wheel work?

Participate in our weekly Spin the Wheel for a chance to win one of the prizes listed on the wheel. These prizes can range from additional discounts to coupons for various businesses or unique DiscountDash codes. Winners will either receive their prize via email or will be able to copy and paste it at the DiscountDash store.

How can I retrieve my forgotten password and or login?

Can I choose the recipient of my donation when purchasing a new membership?

Yes! Upon purchasing a membership a screen will prompt you to select a fundraiser to support (donating is optional). You can find any charitable organisation by selecting of the following or you can write which charitable organisation you want to donate to.

How do businesses benefit from DiscountDash?

The DiscountDash concept effectively attracts new customers to your business through a one-time incentive, and there are no fees for businesses participating in the program.

How much is deducted from the bill?

DiscountDash will tailor the discounts offered to members based on the specific needs of each enterprise. This means that the coupons generated will be customized to align with your business's goals and preferences.

For offers in dining:

 - For offers providing a free main course with the purchase of another, subtract the cost of the cheaper main course, up to the offer's maximum value. If only one main course and one entrée are ordered, treat the entrée as the cheaper option for the deduction.

- For offers that give 25% off the total bill, reduce the total by 25%, not exceeding the maximum value of the offer. 

Can my business and employees get a DiscountDash Membership?
