An Australian first for hotel restaurants, glass combines the internationally acclaimed interior design of New York designer Tony Chi and the exceptional culinary expertise of highly-awarded chef/restaurateur, Luke Mangan, and Executive Chef Peter Cassidy. Featuring three soaring wine towers and a spectacular glass façade overlooking the QVB, glass can seat up to 240 guests in the restaurant and wine bar, while the Chef's Table and Private Dining Table are also available upon request for groups.
